125 ml liquid yeast: French Saison n°3711.
A very versatile strain which produces Saison or Farmhouse and other highly aromatic Belgian style beers; spicy, pepper and citrus. This strain enhances spices and aroma hop usage, and it is extremely attenuating, but leaves a silky aftertaste. It can be used to activate blocked fermentations and in high gradation beers as well.
