Straw color with a delicate shade of lemonade, beer is only slightly cloudy. Foam white, high and lasting. It is stiff, creamy in consistency.
The aroma of fruit, oranges and lemons, the coriander, wheat, earthiness and damp basement.
Taste again, fruit, oranges and lemons, plus coriander, light hint of banana. Rounding out the taste is “cellar” wheat.
