100 gr Willamette hop pellets (cylindrical pellets made from dried, milled and compressed hops).
A delightful and mild aroma hop. Its character is slightly spicy with a floral flavour. Developed as an American response to British hop varieties. Fuggle-like, it is the most cropped variety in the United States. Named after the Willamette Valley in Oregon.
