100 gr Strisselspalt hop pellets (cylindrical pellets made from dried, milled and compressed hops).
Strisselspalt is one of the few varieties coming from France, a natural type produced mostly in the Strasbourg area. This hop is used all around the world and it is particularly requested for its aroma. It helps French master brewers to mould lots of different beer styles.
