A spicy and citrus -like profile is the main feature of this high a.a.% variety, also characterised by slightly pine notes. Its interesting profile makes it very useful as aroma hop. This is a variety with an excellent profile reminding essential oils, and a low level of Cohumulone. A.a % : 12 ca.
It gives an “European” flavour to beer.
