100 gr Brewer Gold hop pellets (cylindrical pellets made from dried, milled and compressed hops).
Brewers Gold is a well known hop with a tough and biting bitterness. It is characterised also by a fruity, spicy and blackcurrant-like aroma. It belongs to the low range of IBU (8-9%). Brewers Gold can be used in a wide range of English Ales and German Lagers, adding a persistent “European” scent to beers. This features make it a good partner for noble varieties as Tetttnang and Hallertauer.
