Pods Bourbon Vanilla – 10 sticks
Our pods come from the best production area in Madagascar, are black and rich in vanillin and, being fresh, supple and with a very oily surface. Flavor and aroma are unmistakable!
Divide the pod into 2 parts with a knife, acting lengthwise, then scrape the black seeds within the liquid to be flavored. If necessary, you can also soak the pod. Proceed with the infusion for not less than 10 minutes, then remove the pod while the seeds remain inside.
Aromatic herbs are used to brew Belgian Bière Blanche, Grand Cru, Tripples and Christmas Beers. They are usually added in the last 15 minutes of boil. In ancient times herbs were used to extend beer’s storage time.
