Thomas Fawcett & Sons Ltd., operates on its original site in Castleford, West Yorkshire where are produced all the grain. This malthouse uses the finest malting barley to ensure a steady supply of quality malt, season after season.

3 kg torrefied wheat (unmalted).
Raw gelatinised cereal (unmalted) which can replace wheat flakes.
It is used in the production of Pale Ales, Bitters and Stouts.
Max. use per recipe: 20%
