100 gr Extra Styrian Dana hop cones (dried hop flowers)
It is a double-usage hop (bitteness and aroma), obtained from the breeding between the German variety Hallertau Magnum and other Slovenian varieties. This mixture has been cropped by the Slovenian Institute of Hop Research in Zalec.
It grows in Slovenia, has an intense and delightful hop aroma and an harmonious bitterness. Suitable for the production of IPAs.
