Mashing, filtering and boiling occur in the same kettle. The different temperatures are controlled by the RIMS (re-circulation infusion mash system). You can set the total mashing process thanks to a digital unit.
Even if you are not a brewing expert, thanks to this simple machinery you will make wort for delightful beers in just 5 hours! You simply have to turn the kettle on! Supplied with instructions.
