It can also be used as a substitute for malt grains (1 kg dry weight corresponds to 1.6 kg of grain malt) or as a sugar substitute with malts prepared. Malt powder (dry) is easily dosed, and what you do not use, lasts a long time. A recommended use, in the preparation of malt packs (hops), it is required to replace the sugar with 50% of malt powder (500 g. Malt extract + 500 gr.
