Kit containing everything you need for the production of 23 liters Berliner Weisse style beer, supplied with proven all grain recipes.
Traditional German style which has been coming back to the top in recent years. A very simple beer at first glance, with both traditional and lactic fermentation. It has citric and yoghurt aroma coupled with a marked sour flavour. Highly refreshing and easy-drinking, thanks to its quite strong carbonation too.
In our All Grain kit you will find the right quantities of barley malt, already weighed hop, yeast and also special ingredients such as sugars and spices, together with the recipe that will guide you step by step in the production of your favourite beer!.
